Ordering Information
Ordering
Once you have filled in your billing information and submitted your order, you will receive an Order ID number by e-mail with details of your order. We will make every effort to contact you within 1 business day if any parts of your order cannot be filled, otherwise your order on most occassions will be shipped within 48 business hours.
Shipping/Handling
Orders are shipped via expedited parcel with Canada Post. Charges are listed on the order.
Taxes
Ontario destinations are charged HST. All other provinces are charged according to provincial taxes.
Payment Options
Credit cards - We accept both Visa and MasterCard. Orders are paid for, in full, before they are shipped.
Cheque
We accept personal cheques written in Canadian funds, but will hold shipment until the cheque clears. NSF cheques will incur a $25 processing fee.
Money Order
We accept money orders in Canadian funds and will ship upon receipt of same.
Sorry, C.O.D. orders are NOT accepted.
Legal Stuff
Returns
We will accept returns as the result of damage only if reported to the postal service at the time of delivery and authorized by them. Please call or e-mail us immediately upon receipt of damaged goods.

SoapStones values its customers and believes in its products. If you are not satisfied with our products please contact us to arrange for a return and a full refund. We would like to understand any dissatisfaction so that we can address it quickly and in good faith. Suggestions from our customers are welcomed.
